    How To Roll Out Of Bed And Start Your Day Right!

    Getting out of bed to exercise can be one of the hardest things to do every morning! But don’t be afraid, Active Style has your back! Once you get the hang of it, your body will be infused with a newfound energy and happiness you’ve never seen before!

    Here are a couple of things you can do at home to make exercising at the crack of dawn so much easier!

    1. Make sure you set your alarm the night before so you’re not rushing in the morning- that way you don’t have any excuse to skip your morning workout!
    2. Lay out your workout gear. We find that just looking at an awesome outfit in the morning can put you in the right head space for a great workout! And when it's staring you in the face as you wake, it helps hold you accountable.     3. Have a quick breakfast ready to put together in the morning to give you that quick burst of energy before your workout! The trick is to keep it light so you don't get a stitch, then replenish your nutrients after the workout! Some fast, easy ideas are smoothies, overnight oats or a fruit salad! 
    4. A great way to get motivated to exercise in the morning is if you plan out a fun workout beforehand. There are an infinite amount of options! If you like fresh air, go for a walk or run in the park. If you’re the kind of person who likes a short sharp workout, grab the skipping rope, boxing gloves and throw in some burpees and crunches and you’ll be sweating in no time.
